Golden Pages

In order to keep member dues down, the board has authorized a first ever advertising opportunity in Golden Eagle.

This is a truly unique opportunity to gain greater access to one of Tallahassee’s largest (almost 1,000 homes) and most upscale communities.

Background
The Golden Pages Feature will be a prominently placed listing of Tallahassee’s most reputable service and product providers. Golden Eagle homeowners will have 24/7 access to the vendor information including links to web sites and dedicated pages directly on the Golden Eagle site. In addition, the board and office staff will be publicizing the new Golden Pages as a way for homeowners to get access to quality vendors while keeping association costs down.

Costs
An ad will run on a continual basis with a payment frequency of annual ($300/year) or quarterly ($100 every three months). The application form is available here.

Future
We are also investigating future enhancements including a Golden Vendor ID program and newsletter advertising that will be provided at no or reduced cost to web advertisers. We encourage you to act now so that you are positioned to receive these additional benefits as soon as they are implemented.
